Refund and cancellation

Ornitix Technologies does not charge for OrniWeb today. The app’s Razorpay key is the placeholder rzp_test_PLACEHOLDER, and the payments backend is off. There is no order, subscription, or saved card. A simulated payment in the app only sets a local flag and creates nothing to refund.

While payments are off

Nothing is billed. You do not need to cancel. Uninstalling OrniWeb removes the local plan flag with the rest of the app’s user-data folder on that PC. Ornitix has no subscription record to close.

When a charge exists

These rules apply only after a live Razorpay checkout is switched on and a real payment is captured. Example prices, until replaced, are ₹199 a month and ₹1,499 a year.

• If you leave checkout before Razorpay captures the payment, you are not charged.
• If a payment is captured and Premium does not turn on for that device, write to the contact email within 7 days of the charge. Ornitix will refund that captured amount to the original method.
• If Premium did turn on and you want to stop a future period, cancel before the next renewal is captured. The period already captured is not refunded, except where Indian law requires it.
• Ornitix does not store your card number. Razorpay processes the payment under its own terms.
